Step into a mission-driven manufacturing environment in Arcadia, WI where you’ll help produce Omega-3 fish oil powder ingredients used globally across food, supplements, infant formula, and more. This Process Engineer opportunity offers hands-on impact in a 24/7 production setting and a team-focused culture at a small site.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Process Engineer position include:
- 1–2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing production environment required
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical, electrical, or mechanical engineering required
- Project management highly preferred
- GMP/food environment experience highly preferred
- AutoCAD experience plus
- Continuous improvement experience plus
- Work in a standard business hours schedule (Monday–Friday 8–5) supporting a 24/7 production site
Salary: $66,000 - $93,800 per year, commensurate with experience.
