This Industrial Refrigeration Technician role is a direct-hire, permanent position supporting a 24/7 operation with clear advancement paths across multiple technician levels.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Industrial Refrigeration Technician position include:
- 5+ years of refrigeration experience
- EPA Universal Certification (Required)
- Troubleshoot industrial refrigeration equipment and diagnose system failures
- Experience with grocery refrigeration or rack refrigeration systems preferred
- Screw compressor and reciprocating compressor experience a plus
- Candidate with experience in Adiabatic condensers highly encouraged to apply
- Monitor system performance, respond to refrigeration alarms, and support continuous production
- Utilize refrigeration control systems and remote monitoring software; troubleshoot controls and instrumentation
Salary: $43 - $56 per hour, commensurate with experience.
