In this Civil Project Engineer opportunity, you’ll help drive planning, design, and execution while building momentum toward greater responsibility.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Project Engineer position include:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in site development or land development projects
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Assist in the design, planning, and execution of site development projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management
- Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and construction drawings for approval
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure project progress and resolve issues
- Perform site visits to assess conditions and verify compliance with codes and regulations
- Support senior engineers with permit and approval efforts and ensure design work complies with applicable codes, standards, and environmental regulations
Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.
Benefits: PTO includes 2 weeks in the first year, plus holidays (10 paid holidays), health insurance with 90% individual and 50% family coverage, life insurance paid by the employer, a 401(k) with 3% matching, and an annual bonus based on company performance.
