Description
Take the next step with a close-knit general contracting team in Traverse City, MI known for building exceptional, highly customized homes and remodeling projects. As Project Manager, you’ll oversee complex new builds and complete renovations while partnering closely with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, and your field team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this High End Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of custom home building/project management experience (custom high-end residential strongly preferred).
- Manage approximately three active high-end custom residential projects at a time from planning through completion.
- Coordinate day-to-day activity with homeowners, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, vendors, and site foremen.
- Build and maintain project schedules and keep work organized and moving forward.
- Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, solve problems, and support field teams.
- Serve as a key liaison for remote clients who may not be local or regularly on site.
- Support project profitability through strong planning, coordination, and execution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and experience with Ressio is a plus.
Salary: $90,000+ per year, plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.
