Join a well-established mechanical contracting firm in Cleveland, OH as a Project Manager - Commercial Plumbing/Mechanical Construction, where you’ll help lead large-scale commercial plumbing and mechanical projects throughout Northeast Ohio. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team with a nearly century-long history, a strong portfolio of hospitals, stadiums, industrial facilities, and educational projects, and a reputation for delivering demanding, high-performance work.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - Commercial Plumbing/Mechanical Construction position include:
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial plumbing and/or mechanical construction
- Experience managing large-scale commercial projects such as schools, hospitals, hotels, industrial facilities, stadiums, and similar multi-million-dollar projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Construction Technology, or a related field is a plus
- Manage project documentation, meetings, change orders, subcontractor coordination, contracts, schedules, and overall project execution
- Review and interpret project documents, specifications, drawings, diagrams, schedules, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with Field Superintendents, subcontractors, internal construction teams, and CAD/detailing staff
- Maintain labor and material cost analyses while ensuring jobsite safety standards and company policies are followed
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 90 days, company-paid medical insurance contributions of approximately 75%, 15 paid days off after 90 days with rollover of up to 10 unused PTO days annually, 8 paid holidays, 1 floating holiday at management discretion, 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor contribution after six months, additional profit-sharing contributions based on company profitability, company phone, company laptop, and fuel card.
