Qualifications and responsibilities for this Junior Design Professional position include:
- Bachelor or Master of Architecture required
- 2-5 years of architectural experience required
- Experience across design phases including SD, DD, CDs, and CA
- Proficiency in Revit / BIM and experience with SketchUp required
- Portfolio must demonstrate architectural work such as plans, elevations, renderings, and real built projects
- Assist with design and documentation through all project phases, including construction documents and permit sets
- Coordinate with consultants and internal teams while supporting design intent, budget, and schedule
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and construction administration tasks such as submittals and shop drawing review
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
