Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Superintendent position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of verifiable experience in construction supervision, with a strong knowledge of trades and subcontractor management
- Prior experience in luxury retail, restaurant buildouts, or multifamily projects strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel nationwide for projects (non-local position)
- Manage on-site operations, safety compliance, quality control, and scheduling
- Supervise subcontractors, enforce contracts, and ensure scopes of work are met
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions
- Experience using Procore, PlanGrid, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook)
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, consultants, and project teams on-site
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
