Qualifications and responsibilities for this Working Plant Foreman position include:
- 10-15 years of management experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Ability to manage and oversee day-to-day operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and safety
- Experience in material handling and operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, front-end loaders, and bobcats
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with general maintenance knowledge
- Comfortable leading daily meetings, assigning tasks, and working alongside the team
- Willingness to work in a dirty, industrial environment and perform physical labor as needed
- Familiarity with welding, blueprint reading, and safety compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and solid administrative and organizational skills
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
