Qualifications and responsibilities for this Water/Wastewater Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 7–10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a Superintendent
- Water/wastewater treatment plant experience highly preferred; civil, mechanical, or structural backgrounds with piping/concrete knowledge also considered
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain before start)
- Proficiency in construction drawings, field documentation, and scheduling software such as Jonas Premiere
- Manage on-site operations, subcontractors, safety compliance, and field logistics
- Ensure quality control, coordinate inspections, and maintain daily reports and progress tracking
- Serve as primary on-site liaison with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Travel within Florida required
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
