We are hiring an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent open to travel throughout Kentucky, Tennessee, and potentially other nearby states to lead fast-paced, turnkey renovation projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Construction Superintendent position include:
- Minimum 5 years of experience supervising construction projects, particularly retail or gas/convenience store remodels
- Ability to lead a small team, manage subcontractors on-site from start to finish, and bring on their own team as needed
- Comfortable traveling for multi-week projects with weekend travel home
- Proficient in reading and executing from PDF or hard copy construction plans
- Oversee construction schedules, logistics, budgets, and ensure high-quality project delivery
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach in the field
- Maintain job site safety, cleanliness, and client satisfaction throughout each project
- Flexible to assist on projects across multiple states as needed
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
