Grow your career building new business across the San Francisco Bay Area with a manufacturer focused on EMI shielding and thermal solutions for automotive and electronics customers. This Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment role lets you develop relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs while partnering closely with headquarters to support RFQs and technical discussions.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Technical Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment position include:
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience.
- Established network within Automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers.
- Experience working with automotive components, electronics, thermal solutions, metal parts, or related products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Build and maintain relationships with purchasing, engineering, and supplier quality teams.
- Promote EMI shielding and thermal management solutions, including EMI gaskets.
- Support RFQ activities and coordinate customer requirements with headquarters in Korea.
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and business presentations; monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Salary: Pay depends on experience; base salary only (no commission).
Benefits: No benefits are provided, and the company is open to adjusting base salary to help offset the lack of traditional benefits.
