Qualifications and responsibilities for this Supermarket Refrigeration Technician position include:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Supermarket Refrigeration Technician
- Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of commercial HVAC/R systems
- Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in cases, RTUs, rack systems, and CO₂ direct expansion racks
- Familiarity with EMS systems such as Emerson E2, Danfoss, Novar, Micro Thermal, and RDM
- Ability to read schematics and follow work plans accurately
- High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver’s license mandatory
- Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Strong troubleshooting skills and commitment to detailed record keeping and preventative maintenance
Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
