Qualifications and responsibilities for this Steel Erection & Rigging Division Manager position include:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in structural steel erection, rigging operations, or heavy industrial construction (stadiums, plants, refineries, or large-scale infrastructure projects).
- Proven experience in rigging sales, business development, or securing rigging-related contracts is required.
- Build and lead a team of construction project managers, rigging crews, and support staff to support the division’s growth.
- Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, heavy rigging equipment, and OSHA/ANSI safety standards.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, proposals, and bids to grow the customer base and ensure profitability.
- Oversee division project planning, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality execution.
- Work with the COO on strategic planning, budgeting, and financial management of the division.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, while implementing continuous improvement practices.
- Relocation to the Atlanta, GA area is required for this position.
Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
