Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager position include:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in electrical service work, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
- Manage service department operations including scheduling, technician oversight, and service quality assurance
- Experience with commercial, industrial, and hospital electrical systems and service
- Proficiency with estimating and project management tools including Accubid and Excel
- Perform takeoffs, estimates, and manage small commercial and industrial projects
- Lead, mentor, and train a service technician team while fostering a positive work culture
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, OSHA standards, and electrical codes
- Develop client relationships and support repeat business and growth opportunities
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
