Qualifications and responsibilities for this Irrigation Service Manager position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in irrigation or landscaping with heavy irrigation focus
- Ability to lead, organize, and support a team of 4-6 service technicians in daily operations
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and ensure service excellence
- Oversee scheduling, dispatching, and follow-ups on service appointments and small projects
- Ensure company trucks, tools, and inventory are properly maintained and stocked
- Hands-on assistance with complex service calls and on-site problem solving
- Collaborate with office staff to keep customers updated and ensure records are accurate
- Review and maintain equipment, job site readiness, and team performance daily
Salary: $55,000 per year + 7% commission on all sales, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 80 hours PTO, paid holidays, annual bonus, 401(k) with 4% company match, and health insurance with 80% of premiums paid by the company after one year of service.
