This tight-knit team of 11 professionals operates across five states, servicing major metro areas and supporting large-scale commercial projects with innovative dehumidification, temporary heating, and cooling solutions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Manager position include:
- 5+ years of service management experience – Lead and manage local and remote service professionals to ensure high-quality performance
- Strong leadership and team development skills – Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities – Address escalated customer concerns and foster positive client relationships
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines – Oversee operations during peak seasons and extreme weather demands
- Proficiency troubleshooting electrical controls using a multi-meter – Diagnose and resolve technical service issues
- Ability to read and interpret schematic/wiring diagrams – Support accurate troubleshooting and project execution
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail – Monitor service metrics and implement process improvements
- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring experience – Build and maintain a high-performing service team
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
