Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Retail Architectural Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 10 years of project management experience in an architectural setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture required
- Revit experience required; AutoCAD experience preferred
- Architectural licensure preferred
- Manage multiple projects and internal/external resources to meet deadlines
- Perform quality control on project documentation for constructability and design integrity
- Oversee project schedules, team assignments, and coordination with consultants
- Engage in client communication and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycle
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
