Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 8 years in commercial construction with 2–3 years focused on restaurant construction, including ground-up and tenant improvement projects
- Proven experience leading project teams and mentoring direct reports in a fast-paced construction environment
- Expertise managing all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong scheduling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Project and familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and PlanGrid
- Capable of managing high-level client communications and expectations, particularly with demanding brands
- Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites with occasional overnight stays
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field preferred but not required
- Desire and capability to grow into a Director-level role, helping build and lead a new regional team
Salary: $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
