This exciting opportunity is for a Senior Project Manager in Minnetonka, MN, where you'll be a key leader managing large-scale, high-impact commercial construction projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Project Manager position include:
- 8+ years of commercial construction project management experience with proven success managing $20M+ budgets
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Smartsheet, and Bluebeam
- Lead projects from design and entitlement through construction completion
- Manage client relationships, subcontractors, project scope, schedule, budgets, RFIs, and invoices
- Mentor and coach junior team members while developing SOPs and refining workflows
- Oversee procurement, financial performance, risk mitigation, and change orders
- Occasionally travel to project sites (10% travel), with most management done remotely
Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
