We're seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to join an innovative team in Las Vegas, NV—on-site 100%. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Product Development Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field required.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product development or mechanical engineering within manufacturing, spa, appliance, or consumer product industries.
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks, including 3D modeling, simulations, FEA, and BOM creation.
- Lead full lifecycle development of new spa products and enhancements—from concept to production.
- Ensure compliance with UL, CSA, CE, and other safety/regulatory standards; coordinate internal and third-party testing.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and sourcing teams.
- Provide sustaining engineering support, including DFM/DFA improvements and warranty issue resolution.
- Conduct risk assessments (FMEA, DFMEA) and continuous product optimization based on field data.
Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including company-covered medical insurance (vision and dental paid out of pocket), employer-paid life and disability insurance, PTO (104 hours annually with bi-weekly accrual and 40-hour rollover cap), 401(k) with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 2% through Fidelity, tuition reimbursement, and a performance-based bonus program with a minimum target of 7.5% of base salary.
