Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Process Control Engineer position include:
- Siemens and PCS7 experience required, with advanced knowledge of DCS/SCADA systems.
- 5+ years with MS degree, 7+ with BS, 8+ with AA, or 10+ years of technical experience without a degree.
- Extensive experience in process control, OT cybersecurity, and automation systems across multiple engineering disciplines.
- Responsible for maintaining and improving real-time process control systems to ensure plant stability, product quality, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as the site expert and liaison for automation, cybersecurity, and process control strategy.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while working closely with global and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
- Flexibility to support production needs and respond to emergencies as required.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision (with different options), HSA, 401k with 100% match on the first 3% and 50% on the next 3% (no vesting period), 120 hours PTO, 11 paid holidays, 56 hours sick time, 16 hours community service time, all starting on day one.
