Join a growing and dynamic HVAC team based in Milwaukee, WI, that’s actively expanding its in-house crew with two brand-new positions! We’re hiring a Senior HVAC Installation Technician to take on commercial installation projects for major clients like Planet Fitness and other facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role with a company that offers flexibility, career growth, and unlimited PTO—all while working on exciting, high-impact commercial projects throughout the Milwaukee area.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior HVAC Installation Technician position include:
- 2–5 years of HVAC installation experience or equivalent training, education, or certification
- EPA certification preferred
- Lead installation of HVAC systems in commercial buildings, including ductwork, line sets, wiring, and system start-up
- Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are consistently met or exceeded on every job
- Troubleshoot systems and support junior technicians in skill development and on-site execution
- Flexibility to work between 6 AM and 4 PM; some weekends or nights may be required
- Participate in an on-call rotation as part of a growing team
- Company vehicle provided; dispatched from home or office depending on the day’s assignments
Salary: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
