We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Inspector with deep knowledge in Local Law 11 and masonry restoration. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Field Inspector position include:
- Minimum of 8–10 years of hands-on experience with exterior restoration, façade inspections, and masonry work
- Knowledge of Local Law 11 regulations and inspection standards is essential
- Comfortable with scaffold work and field inspections; must have a valid Driver’s License and be willing to travel across the five boroughs
- Strong field note writing skills; must be able to identify issues and communicate solutions clearly to contractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); AutoCAD experience is a plus
- Scaffolding Certificate and OSHA 40 preferred; familiarity with Site Safety Certificates is helpful
- Ability to work independently in the field and remotely from home; attention to detail and problem-solving are key
- Must be professional, humble, and efficient with time management while maintaining quality work
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
