Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical & Applications Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in circuit design, with proven expertise in analog and mixed-signal design
- Hands-on technical leadership: 40% hands-on troubleshooting, 60% team leadership and oversight
- Lead design, development, and improvement of precision test and measurement instruments
- Mentor and guide engineers and technicians while collaborating across departments
- Support new product development, calibration integrity, and long-term product reliability
- Provide remote customer support and troubleshooting for government, military, and commercial clients
- Experience with resistance, capacitance, inductance standards, and LCR meters highly preferred
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
