Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Data Center Superintendent position include:
- 10+ years of commercial construction experience; must have data center or mission-critical experience
- Proven experience leading large-scale projects from ground-up through completion
- Direct all jobsite operations including subcontractor coordination, staffing, and scheduling
- Advocate and enforce jobsite safety plans and regulatory compliance
- Review plans, drawings, and shop drawings; ensure project is built to spec
- Manage tools, materials, inspections, and on-site personnel
- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and owners to keep the project on time and within budget
- Maintain daily reports and progress documentation; resolve site issues quickly and effectively
- Relocation available for out-of-state candidates
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and relocation assistance if needed. All candidates must go through a two-step screening process. The company also uses its own agency agreement, which must be signed before moving forward.
