Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Construction Manager position include:
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) (Active License in Washington State) with 10–20 years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater construction management
- Lead day-to-day construction management activities for large-scale infrastructure projects lasting 3–7 years
- Serve as the primary liaison between owners, designers, contractors, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, progress payments, and documentation control
- Oversee cost, schedule, quality, and safety for all assigned projects
- Mentor staff and review work products to ensure quality and professional growth
- Prepare and present project reports and attend public meetings as needed
- Utilize project management software such as Procore, SharePoint, and Unifier
Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
