Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Commercial/Retail Construction Project Manager position include:
- 7–10 years of direct experience managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Proven success overseeing large-scale, complex commercial projects valued up to $5–7 million
- Managing project budgets, schedules, procurement, and overall risk
- Leading subcontractors, field teams, design professionals, and owners through all project phases
- Reviewing and approving submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress billings
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including OSHA requirements
- Background in design-build general contracting with strong contract administration skills
- Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Sage, SmartSheets, and related construction software
Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical insurance after 60 days of employment, a retirement program after one year of employment, 8 paid holidays, PTO accrued at two weeks per year increasing to three weeks after the third year, holiday and PTO pay beginning after 60 days, local-only travel (10–15%), a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, and a company vehicle provided after 90 days.
