In this Sales Support Person opportunity, you’ll play a key role in sourcing critical information, maintaining reference materials, and helping drive efficient project execution across a wide range of motor and pump needs.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Technical Sales Support position include:
- Experience supporting sales or technical operations in an industrial environment is beneficial.
- Provide sales support for identifying and sourcing motors, parts, and technical information for account managers.
- Maintain and attach reference documents for work orders and new goods orders, including parts lists, vendor quotes, and technical information.
- Keep recurring projects and parts lists up to date on special tracking for customers.
- Support shutdowns by tracking incoming equipment and ordering necessary parts ahead of time.
- Compile motor data/surveys and assist with motor pricing and spare parts pricing used for future customer support.
- Research vendors for pumps and specialty items and keep an organized vendor list by manufacturer and item type.
- Handle cross-brand motor/pump/gearbox sourcing based on distribution relationships and existing vendor connections.
Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
