We’re seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our high-performing team and help drive growth in waterproofing and building envelope projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Representative position include:

  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in commercial or property management sectors
  • Experience with waterproofing, building envelope systems, or multi-family/commercial construction projects preferred
  • Strong client relationships and ability to bring a book of business or industry contacts is highly desired
  • Generate leads, follow up on company-generated inquiries, and manage the full sales cycle
  • Travel to project sites locally with 5–7 active jobs daily (company vehicle provided after 120 days)
  • Attend weekly sales meetings every Monday at 10 AM; minimal in-office presence required otherwise
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel; familiarity with internal CRM software will be required
  • Report directly to the Director of Business Development and collaborate with crew leads on active projects

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 50% employer-paid health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and generous PTO starting at 1 week and increasing annually up to 5–6 weeks. A company vehicle is provided after 120 days, with a $500 monthly vehicle allowance in the interim, plus fuel card and daily per diem.
