Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales / Field Application Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Electrical Engineering; PE not required
- 7–15 years of experience in water/wastewater, ideally with municipal or public sector clients
- Familiarity with pumps, motors, control panels, and hydraulic systems
- Comfortable leading in the field—hands-on with installation and supervision of equipment
- Interface with municipalities, contractors, and engineering firms to influence specifications
- Support sales team with technical expertise; help guide customer discussions and RFQs
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, engineering, and project managers
- Up to 25% regional travel in PA/WV to client sites and industry events
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
