With flexible location options and the chance to shape strategic relationships with major industry players like Carrier, Trane, and JCI, this is the ideal opportunity for a seasoned HVAC sales professional to make a nationwide impact.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Sales Director position include:
- 5+ years of experience in the HVAC or HVACR component industry, preferably in sales, sourcing, procurement, or technical/R&D roles
- Must have deep industry relationships with major commercial HVAC manufacturers or component suppliers
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with top-tier manufacturers (the “Big Seven” and major commercial clients)
- Secure product development opportunities and drive mass production qualification
- Flexible position structure: Full-time, part-time, consulting, or commission-based options available
- Must be open to travel throughout the U.S. for business development and client engagement
- Collaborate directly with executive leadership on growth strategy, market penetration, and team building
- Propose required support (budget, timelines, resources) to ensure project success
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000+ per year, commensurate with experience and role structure.
