Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roofing Project Manager/Estimator position include:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, ideally with commercial roofing, sheet metal, or exterior façade trades.
- Ability to estimate and manage sheet metal projects, including producing accurate estimates from schematic drawings.
- Strong project management skills including handling RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and supporting field crews.
- Familiarity with large commercial projects valued at $500K and up.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Bluebeam and Procore are a plus (training available if needed).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to be on-site daily within the Boise area.
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
