Qualifications and responsibilities for this Roadway Project Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- EIT required, PE preferred
- 6+ years of experience in roadway/transportation civil construction
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit
- Strong foundation in highway design principles and project management
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, subconsultants, and internal teams
- Manage all aspects of project delivery including scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Support marketing efforts including proposals, presentations, and client outreach
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability, HSA, FSA, 401k with 50% match up to 10%, 2-3 weeks PTO (negotiable), and a discretionary annual bonus based on company and individual performance.
