We're excited to offer a Residential HVAC Technician position based out of Tampa, FL. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential HVAC Technician position include:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience (not commercial).
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for a week of paid training in Texas.
- Responsible for running 6–9 residential service calls per day across the Orlando/Tampa metro area.
- Light installation work may be required during peak seasons or overflow.
- Participate in a transparent, performance-based environment focused on customer satisfaction, not sales quotas.
- Dispatched from home daily, company-provided vehicle, tools, fuel card, and GPS system.
Salary: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance (50% of individual premiums paid), two weeks of PTO, paid holidays including your birthday and a floating holiday, company-provided vehicle, tools, fuel card, and an employee discount program. Benefits and PTO eligibility begin after 60 days of continuous employment.
