We are currently seeking a Residential Field Supervisor to lead a talented team of residential HVAC technicians. This is an exciting opportunity for a top-level HVAC technician with leadership experience who is ready to take the next step into a field management role with a company that offers stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Field Supervisor position include:
- EPA Universal Certification and 3+ years of residential HVAC experience required
- Must have prior leadership or supervisory experience within an HVAC service team
- Handle customer complaints, service issues, and perform quality control inspections
- Responsible for service, maintenance, and installation in residential settings
- Visit job sites to resolve issues related to technician work or customer concerns
- Work both in the field and in the office, Monday through Friday from 8 AM – 5 PM
- Travel within Palm Beach and Broward counties with provided company vehicle and fuel card
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check, drug screening, and provide references
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
