Qualifications and responsibilities for this Residential Architectural Designer position include:
- 3+ years of experience high-end custom residential design and working with clients
- Expertise in floorplan and elevation creation, from initial concept through construction documentation
- Skilled at guiding clients through the design process and presenting design solutions
- Proficient in CAD or Revit drafting and experienced in both design and production work
- Ability to perform rough estimating and collaborate with sales, estimators, and engineers
- Experience with permitting processes for residential projects
- Strong project management skills with attention to budget and quality
- Knowledge of ADUs, custom homes, and large-scale renovations over $1.5 million
- Registered Architect (RA) desired but not required
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
