Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Proposal Operations opportunity include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, English or Journalism, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field of study
- 15+ years of proposal experience, including at least 5 years as a lead proposal generator within the Architecture or Construction Management industries
- Skilled in proposal development, strategic management, and collaboration to enhance sales and client service diversity
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, & Acrobat Pro), Canva, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Microsoft SharePoint, Deltek Vantagepoint
- Proven track record of creating successful proposals for Requests for Qualifications and Proposals from public agencies
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
