Qualifications and responsibilities for this Proposal Coordinator position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in proposal coordination or management, preferably in the environmental consulting or AEC industry
- Lead proposal development, ensuring compliance, consistency, and strategic alignment across all submissions
- Collaborate with technical staff and the Capture Manager to craft clear, compelling proposals
- Manage proposal timelines, track progress, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Utilize tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, and CRM systems to support pipeline development and opportunity tracking
- Create supporting materials such as resumes, project descriptions, and marketing collateral
- Proficient with generative AI tools, Canva, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and CRM platforms such as Cosential or Deltek
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
