This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager based in Southern Maine and Northern New England, working with a growing construction management firm known for integrity, transparency, and delivering high-quality commercial projects. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry, managing commercial, retail, and multifamily projects
- Overall responsibility for project logistics, financial management, cost auditing, forecasting, and monthly cost reporting
- Managing project schedules, subcontractor coordination, and procurement from buy-out through closeout
- Leading and developing direct reports, including Assistant Project Managers and Superintendents
- Reviewing plans and specifications, managing RFIs, submittals, and document control
- Issuing and managing owner and subcontractor change orders and pay applications
- Ensuring quality and safety standards are met through site visits and enforcement of protocols
- Maintaining strong relationships with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
