We’re hiring a Project Manager - PE to help lead our private land development projects from inception to completion. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager - PE position include:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license with 5+ years of experience in land development, grading, drainage, and utilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team of drafters, designers, and EITs.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, WWHM, HydroCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and step into a leadership role with minimal direction.
- Experience coordinating directly with clients and other disciplines.
- Comfortable with both design and management responsibilities, with a focus on project oversight.
- Proposal writing experience is a plus and contributes to the strategic direction of the firm.
- Desire to grow into a key leadership position with long-term ownership potential.
Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees, 50% coverage for dependents, dental and disability insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, annual discretionary bonuses (typically $5k–$20k), PTO starting at 80 hours/year and increasing with tenure, nine paid holidays, and flexible scheduling with hybrid remote work options after 90 days (3 in-office / 2 remote).
