Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil/commercial construction project management
- Experience with Bluebeam, Primer, and Microsoft Office Suite
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Some water project experience is a plus
- Must be located near Cypress or within reasonable commute distance
- Manage commercial projects ranging from $1.1M to $30M from start to finish
- Oversee 3–4 team members and coordinate efforts between office and job sites
- Spend approximately 50% of time in the office and 50% at local project sites
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 70% employer-paid health insurance starting day one, dental and vision coverage, HSA with a $1,000 employer contribution, 401(k) with up to 5% matching, 15 PTO days annually, and two-yearly bonuses (mid-year and Christmas). The company also observes a holiday closure from December 24th through January 2nd.
