This Project Manager – Construction position is based in Las Vegas, NV, and offers the opportunity to work on high-profile hospitality projects including hotels, casinos, guest room renovations, ballrooms, and convention spaces—all within active, occupied environments. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager – Construction position include:
- 7–10+ years of construction experience – Assist in managing projects from planning through completion
- Proven experience working on the Las Vegas Strip (hotels, casinos, commercial stores) – Coordinate subcontractors and oversee project schedules in active hospitality environments
- Experience with hospitality construction, including occupied hotel renovations and room turnovers – Ensure minimal disruption to guests while maintaining project timelines
- Background with larger contractors preferred – Track budgets, change orders, and overall job progress
- Strong organizational and communication skills – Work closely with senior leadership to drive successful execution
- Experience managing construction in occupied spaces – Support seamless coordination with hotel staff and operations teams
- Familiarity with construction software – Assist with estimating and project documentation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred – Contribute to structured project planning and reporting processes
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
