Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Engineer opportunity include:
- 2+ years of construction and project management experience
- Ability to read architectural and engineering plans
- Accounting experience in the construction, development and or design industry
- Proficiency in MS Office & Adobe Acrobat / Bluebeam
- Assist with the daily operations of ongoing construction and project management
- Manage jobsite safety, coordination with construction professionals, and enforce project timelines
- Inspect subcontractor work, ensure quality, and handle material logistics
- Negotiate change orders, source new vendors, and report on project progress
- Create RFIs and submittals, and maintain professional interactions with Property Managers, residents, and clients
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience
