Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect/Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in architecture project management, specifically in multifamily, senior living, or hospitality (healthcare is a plus)
- Proficient in Revit; experience with SketchUp or Lumion a bonus
- Lead projects from concept to completion, overseeing documentation and construction administration
- Coordinate with consultants, manage project schedules, and review RFIs/submittals
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, learning-focused culture
- Strong technical knowledge of building codes, constructability, and QA standards
- Ability to balance production tasks with client communication and leadership
- Must be able to “wear multiple hats” and thrive in a smaller, hybrid office setting
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with 3% automatic contribution, two weeks of vacation (accrued), six sick days, potential relocation assistance, and an end-of-year company bonus.
