High-volume residential surveying in the Chicago area moves fast, and the teams here are built to keep pace—so your expertise directly helps projects reach the closing table on time. In this remote Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) opportunity, you’ll provide critical review and professional oversight while supporting field crews and office staff with timely answers and decision-making.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include:
- At least 2–3 years of residential boundary surveying and/or residential boundary analysis experience
- Active Illinois Professional Land Surveyor license (IL License required)
- Strong understanding of residential boundary calculations and survey review
- Ability to review and approve work prepared by CAD drafters and field crews
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple crews remotely
- Quick, responsive judgment to resolve questions as projects progress
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000+ per year, commensurate with experience.
