We’re seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) to join our close-knit team in Madisonville, KY. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include:
- Must hold a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Kentucky or be able to obtain licensure within 180 days
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land surveying
- Proficient in boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, construction layout, and bathymetric surveys
- Strong working knowledge of Carlson Survey, Carlson GNSS, and/or Trimble Business Center (TBC)
- UAV and bathymetric survey experience strongly preferred
- Manage and supervise field crews and ensure high-quality data collection
- Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and engineers to meet project deadlines and budgets
- Prepare proposals, project schedules, budgets, and optimize survey operations
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
