Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) position include:
- Active Florida PLS license in good standing
- 8–20+ years of professional land surveying experience
- Proven expertise in boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys
- Responsible for reviewing, signing, and sealing survey deliverables
- Provide QA/QC and boundary judgment across all projects
- Mentor younger survey team members and crew leaders
- Ensure compliance with Florida statutes and professional standards
- Comfortable managing multiple field crews and supporting internal development
Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
