We’re actively seeking a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) - Department Manager to help lead a growing surveying team. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) - Department Manager position include:
- Must hold a Missouri Professional Land Surveyor license; Illinois licensure is a plus
- 5+ years of professional land surveying experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required; experience with Trimble and Microsoft Office preferred
- Ability to perform and oversee boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys
- Supervise field crews, conduct project coordination, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Draft legal descriptions, prepare survey reports, and communicate findings with engineers and clients
- Lead and support a team of surveyors in both field and office operations
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
