Qualifications and responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor (Licensed) position include:
- Active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license
- Proven experience with ALTA surveys, boundary work, and platting
- Experience preparing proposals, scopes, and fees
- Demonstrated ability to manage survey crews and schedules
- Oversee and seal surveying deliverables including topographic, boundary, ALTA, construction stakeout, and as-built surveys
- Collaborate with civil engineering teams for integrated project delivery
- Lead, mentor, and manage survey crews, develop workflows, and ensure quality control
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
