Join our professional consulting team as a Professional Land Surveyor. We are a firm with a strong focus on integrity, quality, and efficiency, serving a diverse clientele including private individuals, commercial entities, and various government agencies. This full-time position is based in Las Vegas, NV, and offers a dynamic work environment where your expertise in surveying will contribute significantly to our projects and client relationships.
Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Professional Land Surveyor Include:
- Professional Land Surveyor licensure is required, with the ability to obtain licensure in Nevada.
- Strong knowledge and experience in topographic surveys, boundary surveys, construction staking, and land surveying.
- Proficient in using total station equipment and familiar with AutoCAD or other surveying software.
- Minimum of 5-20 years of experience, including fieldwork and project management.
- Responsibilities include legal research, using GPS and robotic instruments, performing and overseeing surveying activities, supervising and training survey technicians, and developing professional relationships to grow clientele.
- The role involves occasional travel to other plants to ensure project progression and quality standards.
Salary: $115,000 - $140,000 per year, based on experience.
